A: Yes! We offer free studio - warehouse pickup during business hours. Please contact us to schedule a pickup time.

A: As all our pieces are handcrafted, we do not accept returns.

A: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we will arrange an exchange.

A: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same item is not available, we may offer an alternative solution.

A: Yes, each piece is carefully handcrafted, making every item unique with slight variations in color and texture.
